That is totally unfair, I am not paying real money for a virtual game, yet I love the game, they at least should make an option to convert coins to Yocash. I wish I could have the dog

I think this is totally unfair! So i have to pay all this stupid money for stupid virtual dollars to buy a virtual pet or clothes?? If i am going to pay money i think they should be worrying about upgrading the servers so that this damn game doesnt freeze up like it always does, or loads better.What if i dont have a credit card? What about the under 18 year old kids who play this game?? This is just a bunch of horse shit and greediness in this economy. I am done with yoville. You wont be seeing my money

This really is bogus guys. This is a GAME. we shouldnt have to pay with real cash. is that why you called it yocash??? cuz its YO CASH?????? its ridiculous!! dont worry bout gettin our money!! worry bout upgrading the servers, or things like that. not makin us pay for fake things. i know someone that actually did pay with their own money for yocash and u guys charged their account multiple times. when she contacted u, u told her to contact ur billing department and they gave her a hard time also!!!! you’re so worried bout scammers, but it seems to me that you guys are the scammers!!!!!! you’re goin to have ALOT of hate mail bout this yocash pretty soon. and now theres some OUTFITS and house items u have to pay with YO CASH????????? really guys?? this is the number one game online right now with over 800,000 users, and i believe if you dont make it so that we can somehow get yocash with our coins, or some other way, ur not goin to be so popular anymore. take the time to actually READ what me and everyone else is saying. You want to pay for an online game? pay for REAL games like World of Warcraft or Fanal Fantasy online etc.. not for a lame Java game like YoVille

You can get yocash for free by going to earn cash at the top of the screen and filling out free surveys. i bought 2 cats that way. if you don’t get your cash you can click on the link that says missing cash and send in requests for it.

What a bunch of crap! No way am I spending my money on virutal money. Frankly, anyone else that does either has more money than sense or they need to get their priorities in order. It’s a fun game, but it’s not so great I’d blow my dough on it. There’s far better all inclusive fee based games out there.

Yoville is not meant for under 18s anyway so they shouldnt be on it in the first place if you read it when u sign in it does state you have to be 18+ to play…As for there being yocash how do you seriously think this game runs?? On paper ofcourse they need money to keep the game going or else there will be no yoville…would you rather no yoville at all…yocash is there as an option not as an obligation…everyone ofcourse has an opinion about it but it wont change as there are ppl who have and will pay money to use this site im not one of them but i do like the game so i will keep playing it

Thank you Lulu, for that dose of common sense. As for everyone else complaining about YoCash, how do you expect Yoville to upgrade their servers, and improve the game without money? Do you think the developers are making this game for you to play out of the goodness of their hearts? No! They’re running a business and need to make money some how. I can understand why they introduced YoCash, and although the game is not really fun enough for me to actually spend money on it, I certainly don’t expect it to be free. Why should Yoville just give away cool items? You’re lucky Yoville gives you free coins at all because Yoville is not obligated to give you anything. All you people whining about YoCash, must have spent so much time in Yoville that you’ve forgotten how the real world works. You don’t get something for nothing. You say, “But why should I pay real money for virtual things?” The answer is simple. You’re paying for entertainment. If you don’t want to pay real money, there’s still a lot of other things to buy with coins that are free. Threatening to leave Yoville won’t cause the developers to reconsider YoCash. Why should they care if users who weren’t going to give them money anyway leave the game?

thanks rocky and to hvnzdvl69 if u read my meassage properly i did say everyone has a their own opinion but obviously the game is getting more and more players so they need more and more servers would u sit infront of a computer all day everyday and make a game for ppl to play just for the fun of it no u wouldnt u wud want something out of it eventually so honestly stop complaining and yes u are right this is the number 1 game atm so the developers need more staff more servers to keep it going if u honestly dont like it ignore it do u really need a pet?? no its just the fact that it is there that u want it true or not…its common sense how do u think these guys pay for their power bills?? with yocoins?? i dont think so obviously real money gosh if u really think about it if they shut it down then u will all have something to complain about..YOCASH IS AN OPTION NOT AN OBLIGATION NO ONE SAID U HAVE TO USE YOCASH!!!

I dont see why everyone is complaining, I havn’t spent the first dollar on Yocash. The do include all the ways to get yocash for free. You sit down and spend a little time doing surveys and questionnaires, and look at that, free yocash… I sat down for like 10-15 minutes and i already have 20 yocash!

And also it will be nice if they do it, but I emailed Yoville support about the converting cash to coins and the said that was one of there next things and they should have the option with instructions how in a week or so.

I quit playing Yoville shortly after they came out with the houses. I had just gotten my apartment fixed up pretty nice. I thought the prices were/are ridiculous.If you want ot play a similar game that is much better, try Pet Society, which is also a Facebook game.

Rocky and Lulu you both have strong points but they aren’t correct. I am in school for game design and there are many different ways to make everything free. Why would they want to make a free game you ask. Well the answer to that is to prove to a gaming company that they are good at making things people want. its called prototyping. YoVille is a java form of the sims. Java has free games. They could make this game for free. Who knows what their reason for it not being free is. All i know is its not for the servers like you think because there is a ton of free software to make a game like this or even better(Python,Blender) just some examples.

For Rocky & Lulu :: Cody is right.But also, when Zynga bought YoVille it brought in 25 Million. There are currently over 800,000 members using YoVille, in which every user account brings in Ad help, every add gives 50 cents. If there's over 800,000 that's over $400,000 a day of earnings — that's PER add, if you notice, the Ads flip now an then bringing another 50 cents each time it flips to a different Ad, and everytime you refresh.Rocky & Lulu, I advice you two to grab a calculator, and add up all the money they earn on ONE got damn hour only. Lastly, the number of users that use sites like Facebook and MySpace is enormous compared to the number of people that play YoVille, if money problem was the case to pay server cost then Facebook and MySpace would be charging.Lulu & Cody, use THE DOSE of "common sence" you two preach to "have."

The survey's invade your privacy, and they don't always work, if you put fake information they look it up to see if it's real and match the IP address, if one thing doesn't match you've just wasted 10-20 minutes of your life on something useless.
I advice you to re-read my previous comment, and realize that them asking for money is a greedy scam.

I love yoville,I'm 48 and have a job and have no trouble buying yo cash. I had a great aprtment going for free and you can make up a great looking one without spending a dime. It's a small version of society peopleand yo-welfare is a hell of a lot better than real life. I have money and willing to pay for the nicer items, for fun buy the crappy items from the trailer park collection and then buy as many piles of junk as you can and pile the house up, that was my original apartment.

Heres the downside, My myspace account got deleted and now I have an apartment in yoville that I have a nice amount of money in and I can only visit it, I cant edit rooms or nothing. I have a myspace username, password and get emails for no page so my apartment in yoville not mine anymore. Myspace help doesn't work, Te yovile thing will let me enter my info but the page does not load it. Like a fool I started up another myspace page and got another yoville apartment for until I got the other thing straightened out and now I've spent around $75 dollars buying yoclothes and getting furniture when it could all be gone like that knowing that these people do not care about customer service I went to a myspace forum and found out that they delete help requests for using all capital letters because it's considered yelling, I made a post about how I thought that was immature and the next day the forum was deleted! Consider yourselves warned if you spend money you can lose everything and not get help at all. Be sure and kiss royal butt with your help request because myspace reps are really sensite people and are offended very very easy. Since I'm spending money I'm complaining thru Zynga billing, maybe that will work, I got a message thru I hope they deal with life better than myspace reps. Oh' I tried to leave a message wth TOM at myspace to tell him the help thing was not working and it said he only accepts messages from friends and he is on my friend list, go figure?

Yoville people are now figuring out a new way to get past buying yocash. Some are selling their items worth yocash…dogs, cats, household items,etc….for yocoins. Others are offering to convert yocoins to yocash(that they purchased)for a fee. People are finding ways to get around the yocash offer b/c it is a very bad way for this company to earn more money…and as twiggy said…..there is no reason yoville should be charging actual money–making it more enticing by offering the best items to be purchased with yocash; they get plenty of money from Ads and member numbership! I think this is bad. NOW they do not have surveys or questionnaires to earn the yocash anymore.

Everything on yoville is so expensive and there is no other way to earn yobucks than to buy them, you cant get a pretty outfit, you cant get a nice pet, you cant get nice furniture, even with 40 crew it would take you a year or more saving up and logging in day in and out to get enough to fix your apartment or get a house and you cant get the nice houses either. The forum is defunct. It practically is nonworking. people are getting scammed left and right further i cant even see my family online even if i go to thier apt when theyre online, it always says offline, even when they’re there. ITS BS BS!!! Im so mad. They only had the surveys to appease people they arent getting them back. i just wanted a cute outfit and i cant get one unless i spend money. you cant even try the stuff on either and you cant buy wallpaper or flooring at home for the same reason well for 1000 coins for a floor pattern, it sucks to buy the wrong color, its just not fair. Im mad. i even joined groups and added strangers to my myspace just to get a better job, i still made nothing.
