Its a cute house, they did a really good job, however I think 45 yocash is way over priced considering it has 3 rooms. Zynga are trying to sell their new $10 giftcards, worth 5,000 coins or 50 yocash.
This is the perfect way if people dont have credit cards, they can just go to Target and buy one.
I think thats why they’re doing it at this price, still its not something you can sell at a future date for a lot of money. Still, I don’t doubt people will buy it.

I actually bought it. Mainly because it gives me some place to display my Christmas stuff year round. I spent too may coins and yocash on decorations only to be displayed for a few weeks. despite its size im happy i bought it. I people need to be more creative and understand you can build a theme out of any house no matter the size. The gingerbread house doesnt seem practical at first because there is no bedroom and you have to combined the kitchen and living space. But I didnt think of it as a house. I turned my gingerbread house into Santa’s workshop. The number of rooms and size fit the theme perfectly. im planning to buy some dutch furniture to put inside as well.
